SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 7–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to ship. This timeline does not apply to preorder items. All orders are shipped via USPS (U.S. Postal Service), Monday through Friday (excluding federal holidays).
A tracking number will be emailed once your order is shipped. If you haven’t received one within 5 business days, please check your spam/junk folder. If it's still missing, reach out to us with your full name and order number for faster assistance:

If you paid using a PayPal e-check, your order will not ship until the payment clears.
Once your package is in transit and has a tracking number, any delivery-related issues (e.g., lost, stolen, marked “delivered” but not received) must be resolved through USPS, as we are no longer in control of the shipment.

If you’ve experienced past delivery issues, we highly recommend adding insurance to your order. To do this, email us immediately after placing your order and before a tracking number is issued. Once a tracking number is created, insurance cannot be added.

PREORDERS
Orders containing preordered items will ship once all items are available. We do not offer partial shipments.
If there is a delay with your preorder, we will notify you via email.
RETURN AUTHORIZATIONS (INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS)
If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at majd@fosterfriendz.com

Once approved, we will issue a shipping credit (up to $5). Items must be shipped back within 3 calendar days to remain eligible.
Please note: We cannot honor returns submitted beyond the 10 day window or returns sent without approval.

Returns are accepted within 10 days of purchase. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Foster Friendz may provide you with a prepaid return label and then deduct shipping costs from your total refund. Returns are expected to be received in like-new condition. Please be considerate that stuffed animals cannot be resold once used and these are limited items. Contact us at majd@fosterfriendz with any questions you may have.
